Cyprus. Larnaca. Andreas TOFIAS poses with the photo of his house of Lyse's village. A place which he was not able to see again since the occupation of the North of the island by the Turkish army in 1974. Today, Andreas lives in Larnaca with the rest of his family. As many of the other refugees, Andreas left nothing. In spite of years, he hopes to see again one day his village. The community in exile of people of Lysi is particularly active in the conservation of the memory, so that the new generation does not forget its roots.
