Switzerland. Geneva. Training of the ICRC for the future delegates of the International Red Cross Committee in the Genevan campaign. This course takes place over three weeks. One of these days is dedicated to very practical exercises. So the candidates are confronted with situations of real conflicts. Check-point fictitious are organized and put the candidates in extreme situations whom they are going to meet in mission.
