Somalia. Barderda. Eastern Africa, bordering the Gulf of Aden and the Indian Ocean, east of Ethiopia. Numerous warlords and factions are still fighting for control of Mogadishu and the other southern regions. Suspicion of Somali links with global terrorism complicate the picture.
